Amber Rayle
“My focus is always on delivering results that drive growth, improve customer experiences, and enable teams to perform at their best.”
Amber Rayle is Vice President of Business Operations at MoneyGram, where she helps turn customer needs into changes across operations, technology, and service delivery. She joined the company in 2025 after nearly a decade at Paylocity, bringing a track record of using customer insight and performance data to decide what needs fixing and how the business should respond.
Rayle’s emphasis is on fixing the business behind the experience. Customer feedback and analytics show where the problems are, but the real work comes in changing processes, aligning teams, and removing the causes of delay or confusion.
She demonstrates a willingness to redesign the underlying work when existing processes create friction. Throughout her career, she has cut lengthy integration timelines down to real-time assignment, used performance data to improve productivity and cycle time, and applied customer and operating data to shape priorities, influence product decisions, and address issues.
That experience now fits closely with MoneyGram’s effort to give customers more ways to move between physical and digital channels while modernizing the tools used by its retail network. For Rayle, the goal is making those different parts feel like one experience, rather than separate systems the customer has to navigate.
MoneyGram is a global payments company that helps consumers move money across borders through digital channels and a large retail network. Its platform supports both traditional currencies and stablecoin transactions, reaching more than 200 countries and territories, 480,000+ retail locations, and 60 million active customers worldwide.
